Communicating with your co- parent can be hard… really hard. Most of us were not taught how to communicate peacefully and many of us were modelled argument and “the silent treatment” as the ways our own parents communicated. But there is another way and that way is Non Violent Communication.
This isn’t like couples therapy we won’t be going into the “why” of your conflicts. Think of this session as upskilling yourself with tools so that you can show up for each other in calm, grounded sturdiness with the intention of peacefully understanding each other better.
In this private coaching session we will:
Explore the basics of Non Violent Communication.
Learn about “violence” in communication
Do a practice peaceful intention setting meeting
Learn tools to communicate more peacefully
