Parenting can be have a profound effect on the Nervous System leaving us activated, hypervigilent or disconnected. In Somatic Coaching we tune into the body’s wisdom to soothe and soften the nervous system so we can feel safe, grounded and more deeply alive.
Sessions are an hour long and involve exploring what the body is holding on to in relation to challenges, stresses, blocks that are keeping you stuck. Less overwhelm and overstimulation, more ease.
These sessions are recommended particulalry for people who aren’t looking for parenting strategy/ tools but rather to feel more connected to themsleves. Authentic, present and grounded. Note that whilst all my other offerings are open to couples somatic coaching is just 1:1 and you can also use the sessions to explore things other than parenting.
